Are you a chocolate lover like me? I love enjoying a small sweet treat almost daily, but didn’t want the additives. Then I realized how easy it was to make homemade chocolate bars at home. And this time, there’s no sugar. I only use honey to sweeten them and they are delicious!

What you need:
- a whisk
- a bowl
- a way to melt coconut oil
- chocolate bar mold
Ingredients:
- 3/4 C Cacao Powder (#ad)
- 1/2 C Coconut Oil
- 1/2 C Honey
- A splash or 2 of Vanilla (optional)
- A pinch of Salt (optional)

Directions:

- Melt the coconut oil. I did this using a double boiler.
- Remove the coconut oil when it is completely melted. Let the coconut oil cool a few minutes. Do not let cool too much, as it will start to turn to a solid again.
- Add in the cacao powder, while mixing well.
- Add honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt if desired. Mix well!
- Mix well and pour into chocolate mold.
- Chill for at least 1 hour. I personally keep mine in the freezer. If you chill in the fridge, it may just take longer to set.
NOTES: this recipe makes about 6 chocolate bars. I personally like to always keep them in the freezer. Want to make a completely organic chocolate bar? Use all organic ingredients – or listed HERE for your convenience.
